Ocha no Kajihara(Kajihara Tea Farm)is a family run tea farm founded in 1950 and is currently managed by the third-generation owner, Toshihiro Kajihara with his wife and their son's family.
The tea garden employs non-pesticide and chemical fertilizer-free cultivation methods, and they focus on highlighting the characteristics of the tea cultivars to create fragrant, clear-tasting teas. They produce Kamairicha (pan-fired tea), Wakocha (Japanese black tea), semi-fermented tea, and flavored teas without artificial fragrances.
The farm has won numerous awards, both domestically and internationally. Notably, their Wakocha Benifuki 2nd Flush won the "Best in Show" award at a prestigious global tea competition
